Many Employee Resource Group (ERG) members may be new to equity compensation and the opportunities it may bring in relation to their financial wellbeing. It is our responsibility to ensure that our members understand their equity compensation and how it fits into their overall financial picture. Learn how to roll out financial wellness and equity compensation education programs tailored to ERG members.
